New Client

Your first visit, softly guided.

Skincare appointments can feel intimidating when you don't know what to expect. This is everything you'll want to know before booking.

Start Here

What to book first.

All new clients begin with a Nice to Meet You Facial unless they're booking a Hydrafacial or using a gift certificate. It's a 90-minute consultation plus facial that includes a $20 product credit. It's how we assess your skin, set your goals, and build the plan that actually works for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. 01

    Arrival

Walk in and exhale. Your consultation forms will already be completed before your appointment, so when you arrive, you can settle in, get comfortable, and ease into your time here.

  2. 02

    Intake + skin discussion

We'll go over your skin history, current routine, sensitivities, and what you're hoping to improve. This gives me a better understanding of your skin and helps me start connecting the dots.

  3. 03

    Skin assessment + mini facial

This appointment includes a mini facial so I can assess your skin in person and get a much better feel for what's going on beyond intake forms alone. We'll focus on evaluating your skin, supporting the barrier, and giving me a clearer picture of the best treatment plan for your skin.

  4. 04

    Recommendations + treatment plan

Once I've assessed your skin, I'll walk you through my recommendations for both homecare and in-studio treatments. You'll leave knowing exactly what I recommend, why I'm recommending it, and what I believe will get you the best results.

  5. 05

    Rebooking

Before you leave, we'll get your next appointment on the books so you have a clear treatment plan moving forward. That way, you're not left guessing about what to do next or trying to piece it together on your own.

Before Your Appointment

A few gentle prep notes.

Arrive with clean skin if possible.

Not required, just helpful.

Pause strong actives if instructed.

Especially retinoids or exfoliating acids before certain treatments.

Come ready to talk.

Your routine, sensitivities, past treatments, and what you'd love your skin to feel like.

Skip heavy makeup.

Give your skin a little breathing room after your appointment. At least 12 hours is ideal.

Common Questions

Answered before you ask.

I have acne, rosacea, or sensitive skin. Can I still come?+

Yes, that's the majority of my clientele. Every treatment is calibrated to what your skin can handle that day.

What if I'm not sure what I need?+

Book Nice To Meet You, the required first appointment for all new clients. It's a consultation plus facial where we figure it out together.

Will I leave red?+

Most facials leave you looking refreshed, never raw. If we do something more corrective, I'll walk you through what to expect first.

Do I need to buy products?+

Almost all clients will require at-home routine changes. However, this doesn't always mean changing all your skincare at once. I like to take things slowly so you only buy what you actually need.

Is there parking?+

Yes, convenient parking is available on-site at 12649 Adams Rd.
